Ramu, and the bride, Ramdulari, were wed in a sacred wedding on Monday in the Bettiah district in the Bihar state.
Ramdulari was dressed in a traditional orange dress while her husband wore a yellow shirt.
In an Interview with the BBC, Ramu's owner Udesh Mahto said: ''[Ramu was] like my eldest son. I wanted to marry him off first.'
