Nigeria Army release 42 Suspected Boko Haram Members

In a rare move, The Nigerian Army has released 42 suspected Boko Haram members. They have since been handed over to the Borno State Government today. Out of the 42, 39 of them are indigenes of

Borno State and three others foreigners according to Sahara reporters.

According to the Army, the suspects were arrested differently, at different locations and have been cleared  of belonging to the Boko Haram sect.
Col. Usman further said a donation of N100,000 was given to each
of them from the Nigerian Army to start a new life.
