The slain driver was attacked while traveling with his wife from Lafia to Keana Local Government Area on Saturday morning when they were attacked by some gunmen at Tudun Adabu village in Obi Local
Government Area of the state.
“The report we got from the scene indicated that Mairuwa’s killers
shot him at close range in the presence of his wife before escaping through a bush path,’’ Numan said.
