Chriatmas Bounty: Ekiti State Governor shares 80,000 chicken

Few governors care to celebrate with their own especially during this yuletide. But Ekiti State governor, Mr Ayo Fayose, yesterday, put smiles on many faces, as he distributed no fewer than 80,000 birds, 100,000 bags of rice and cash gift to the less privileged, widows and
the aged in the state.

Under the stomach infrastructure programme of his administration, He distributed the the goodies to alleviate the suffering of his people

Some of the beneficiaries had stormed the office as early as 10am as the governor, alongside  members of his staff, started distributing the package to the people who kept appearing in their multitudes.

The governor later moved to markets in the state capital with same package for those who could come to the Governor’s Office with a promise that all the 16 local governments had designated centres for the distribution
